The CHORA project – New Frontiers in Pre-clinical Research aimed to develop new technological solutions to improve the quality, precision, and ethics of pre-clinical pharmacological research. Through four lines of intervention – Fun Drink, Optogenetics, Operant Wall, and an integrated cloud platform – non-invasive, automated, and interoperable systems were created for the collection and analysis of behavioral data. All prototypes reached Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 7 and were validated with the University of Camerino. The project strengthened internal competencies, created new professional roles, and consolidated AM Microsystems‘ position as an innovative entity in the Life Science sector, contributing to more sustainable and collaborative research.

The total grant received amounts to €216,423.00.
