4USER – User and Product Development: from Virtual Experience to Model Regeneration

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Co-financed by POR MARCHE FESR 2014/2020 – AXIS 1 – SO 1 – ACTION 1.1 – INT. 1.1.1 – Promotion of industrial research and experimental development in the areas of smart specialization – LINE 2, the 4USER project, adopting a user-centered approach, will develop a final product through preliminary research on functionality, design, and operability during the product development phase, carried out using innovative digital and virtual tools in order to anticipate the subjective needs of the user and transform them into technical specifications. The project is implemented in a supply chain by Benelli Armi, Cadland, Dago Elettronica and AM Microsystems.

IMPLEMENTATION OBJECTIVES

• OR1) Development of the mixed-reality application
• OR2) Development of the electronically-actuated trigger
• OR3) Creation of the interactive virtual prototype (iVP)
• OR4) User experience (UX) for accelerated design
• OR5) Deep learning and computer vision system and integration into the UX system TOTAL
